- You must be able to pick up your food box/kit from Maebo Noodle Factory on Saturday, January 14, 2023 between 9:00am and 10:00am. No exceptions will be made due to the limited manpower, covid restrictions, and tight timeline for this event.
- Participation in the live event that day from 4:30-6:00pm (January 14) is REQUIRED. You will need a dependable internet connection to join us online via Zoom.
- Please do NOT register if you can not meet both of these requirements. This is part of our `Ohana Engagement series which allows keiki and their `ohana to engage and interact with our team and other `ohana in a virtual setting.
- Your Google forms confirmation email (not an email from NPN) is required to pick up your food box. Please have this ready BEFORE arriving that day. It is sent to the email you use to register, so be sure that your email will accept Google emails.

For the ultimate Na Pua No`eau experience...before registering, please completely read the following information carefully. You will be responsible for the information contained in both this email and on the registration forms.
- Due to the interactive nature of all of our activities, registration is limited to one per household to allow for maximum participant engagement. Previous registrants who have canceled or no showed for any NPN Manoa events, including the Letʻs Cook Kakou, may also be placed on a waiting list until other registrations have been processed.
- Attendance is mandatory via ZOOM, so you will need to have a reliable internet connection, working video camera and mic to participate in any of these events.
- If you are not able to commit, please do not register, so that slot may be available to another `ohana to participate. `Ohana who cancel after registering or no show (in any of our programs) will jeopardize their participation in future events. There is a great deal of time and finances that are invested into being able to provide these for you, so we ask that if you are not sure, do not register and check back with us if there is space on the waiting list. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis for emergencies only.
- Due to the items contained in this kit and required pick up, registration for this event is limited to pick up in Hilo. There will be perishable items in the kit.
- Multiple registrations for the same `ohana or household will be automatically canceled without notice.
- Registrations should be completed by a parent or legal guardian of the keiki that is being registered. Do not register keiki of other parents or legal guardians. Before submitting your registration, double check the information you enter in the registration form.
- We will not be responsible for incorrect/incomplete names, emails, and mailing addresses.
- The email you provide during registration should be able to accept emails from us. A Google form confirmation email is automatically sent from Google (not NPN) once you submit the form. You will need to show this email at the time of pick up. Avoid using a school, work or company email that blocks you from receiving outside emails. Ideally, the email you register with should match the email on your Zoom account, since this helps with both attendance taking and assigned breakout rooms on Zoom.
The events offered are a part of our `Ohana Engagement program. A parent or adult is required to be present with keiki to provide assistance and supervision as needed. Please do not register for this event if you are not able to commit the time with your keiki.
The attached flier contains the details for the events and the online registration via QR code or web links. Our registration forms utilize Google Forms, and you will be required to sign in to get to the form (if you haven't done this before, you will want to google how to sign in). You'll receive a Google forms confirmation, via the email that you entered, shortly after you submit the form. If you have not received an email confirmation after submitting a registration, please check your spam folder and trash folder and do a search for "Google Forms" before contacting us. Kit pick up and zoom instructions for the event will be emailed to you prior to the event along with any additional information needed. Once the maximum slots have been filled, the Google form will not accept additional registrations. `Ohana who provide incomplete or inaccurate information for keiki and `ohana members risk not receiving supplies for the number indicated on the registration form or being suspended from the program.
