The PHIS Hawaiian Club Moaniani Lehua & May Day Committee proudly present Lei Ana 'O Puna, a special celebration of the beauty of our beloved home!

We warmly invite our 'ohana and the wider community to come and enjoy an evening full of mele, hula, and fun as we celebrate the art and meaning of giving and wearing a lei.

Event Highlights

• Special Performances: Enjoy beautiful presentations by our very own PHIS students, Kawaiʻula, Pāhoa Taiko, and Hālau Nā Wāhine Punahele O Ka Puʻuwai.

• Student Art Gallery: Explore incredible artwork created by our students showcasing the beauty of Puna.

• Ono Grindz: Concessions will be provided by the 11th grade class.

A Special Tribute

This year, we lovingly honor a former PHIS Kumu, Pi'ilani Ka'awaloa, whose teachings continue to live on in each of us. With deep aloha, we warmly invite all former students to return and join us in the hula Hōlei, celebrating her legacy through movement, memory, and aloha.
